Who this hotel works best for

Room names, child rules and booking cautions link to their sources. If an answer is not available, we mark it as unconfirmed.

Best for
  • Families who want one spacious room for five or six guests
  • Parents who want washing-area guest-room baths plus an optional public bath
  • Tokyo Disney Resort days with a Shin-Urayasu hotel and free shuttle
Why it works
  • The Family 6 room sleeps up to six in 67 m², with two washbasins and a bathroom designed for family use.
  • Every standard guest-room bathroom is separated from the toilet and has a washing area.
  • The hotel lists specific cot, bed-guard, potty, stroller and nursing support rather than only using a family-friendly label.

Watch-outs

Things to know before booking

Check these conditions before you pay, especially when a child will share a bed or use hotel facilities.

01

The public bath costs extra and excludes diaper users

Prices vary by time or pass, and children using diapers cannot enter. Use the private room bathroom instead.

03

Family 6 uses temporary beds for the fifth and sixth guests

The room does not provide six identical permanent beds. Decide whether the temporary-bed setup is suitable before choosing it for six older children or adults.

Child policy

What changes with age

Lodging, bedding and breakfast do not always use the same age boundary. Check the row that matches the child's age at travel.

AgeSleepBeddingMealsBooking action
Age 0–11 months

Sleep A preschool child may share an existing bed free, generally limited to one child per adult.

Bedding A cot can be reserved only for a baby under 1 who is not yet standing; supply is limited.

Meals Breakfast is free through age 4.

Booking action

Request the cot ahead and plan to use the room bath if the baby uses diapers.

Age 1–4 years

Sleep A preschool child may bed-share free, generally one per adult; the Kids Pleasure room has a specific exception for up to three with two adults.

Bedding Bed guard, potty, diaper bin and waterproof sheet can be requested, subject to supply.

Meals Breakfast is free through age 4.

Booking action

Enter every child and use the Kids Pleasure exception only when that exact room is selected.

Age 5–6 years

Sleep A preschool child can still qualify for free bed-sharing, but the school-status boundary should be confirmed for a 6-year-old.

Bedding A separate bed is charged at the adult lodging rate.

Meals Breakfast is currently ¥1,500 from age 5.

Booking action

Separate the sleep and meal choices in the booking: free bed-sharing does not make breakfast free in this band.

Age 7–12 years

Sleep Book the child as a paid bed-using guest.

Bedding Include the child in occupancy; in Family 6, the fifth and sixth guests use temporary beds.

Meals Breakfast is currently ¥1,500 for children through age 12.

Booking action

Confirm both the room's actual sleeping setup and whether breakfast is included.

Meals

Breakfast is charged from age 5

The Japanese-Western buffet charges children from age 5, even though preschool children may still share a bed for free.

Child price
Ages 5–12 ¥1,500; ages 4 and under free. Confirm the current adult price in the selected plan.
  • The official child FAQ is the clearer current source for the age-5 price boundary.
  • A free bed-sharing booking does not automatically include a paid child's breakfast.
  • For an early theme-park departure, compare a breakfast-included plan with supplies from the on-site convenience store.

Bath & pool

Choose between a private family bath and a paid public bath

The public bath is optional; the recommended rooms already have a separate washing-area bathroom.

  • Current public-bath prices vary by time: adult charges range from ¥600 to ¥800 per entry, with separate child pricing; a one-night pass is also sold.
  • Preschool children enter free only if otherwise eligible; diaper users cannot enter.
  • Children aged 7 or older, or over 120 cm, must use the gender-specific side matching their own gender.

Getting there

Plan the transfer before arrival

The hotel is within walking distance of Shin-Urayasu Station and also runs a free theme-park shuttle, so families are not limited to one form of transport.

  • The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from JR Shin-Urayasu Station.
  • A free shuttle serves Tokyo Disney Resort; the hotel describes the ride as about 15 minutes in normal conditions.
  • Save the current outbound and return timetable before leaving, especially for the final service after a park day.
