Who this hotel works best for

Room names, child rules and booking cautions link to their sources. If an answer is not available, we mark it as unconfirmed.

Best for
  • Families who want a hotel designed around early starts and late returns from the theme parks
  • Groups of four to six who need more than a standard twin room
  • Parents who value shoes-off rooms, washing-area bathrooms and 24-hour food access
Why it works
  • Every room is shoes-off and has a bathroom with a washing area, useful for crawling babies and multi-person bath routines.
  • Recommended rooms combine standard beds, bunks and floor-level seating for groups of four to six.
  • A 24-hour Lawson, Food & Drink station, laundry and baby-equipment stations are useful after a late return from the parks.

Watch-outs

Things to know before booking

Check these conditions before you pay, especially when a child will share a bed or use hotel facilities.

02

Children aged 0–11 using a bed are charged the adult room rate

There is no reduced child lodging rate for a separate bed. Compare the total price after entering every child and sleep choice.

03

Baby equipment cannot be reserved

Most child items are free and available 24 hours, but supply is limited and first come, first served. Bring any item that is safety-critical or difficult to substitute.

04

Disney shuttle details change by time and date

The pickup arrangement changed in June 2026, and late-evening options differ. Check the current timetable rather than planning from an old review.

Child policy

What changes with age

Lodging, bedding and breakfast do not always use the same age boundary. Check the row that matches the child's age at travel.

AgeSleepBeddingMealsBooking action
Age 0–3 years

Sleep A child aged 0–6 may share an existing bed free, up to the number of adults in the room.

Bedding A cot, bed guard, baby bath and waterproof sheet are free but limited and generally cannot be reserved.

Meals Breakfast is free for ages 0–3, including children on a bed-sharing booking.

Booking action

Enter the child and age, then decide whether first-come equipment is an acceptable risk.

Age 4–6 years

Sleep A child may bed-share free, limited to the number of adults, but receives no bedding.

Bedding A child who needs their own bunk or bed must be booked as a bed-using guest at the adult lodging rate.

Meals Breakfast is currently ¥1,000 for ages 4–6 and is not included with free bed-sharing.

Booking action

Add the child breakfast or select a meal plan explicitly; free sleep does not imply free breakfast in this band.

Age 7–11 years

Sleep A separate bed is required and accommodation is charged at the adult rate.

Bedding Include the child in room occupancy; no extra bed can be added beyond the selected room's setup.

Meals Breakfast is currently ¥3,000, the same published price as an adult.

Booking action

Select a room whose permanent bed and bunk count matches every guest before comparing rates.

Age 12 years and over

Sleep Book as an adult and include the guest in the room maximum.

Bedding No rollaway or unlisted extra bed is available; the room category determines the full sleep plan.

Meals Adult breakfast is currently ¥3,000.

Booking action

Confirm the room maximum and bunk suitability for a full-size teenager.

Meals

Useful all-day food, but bed-sharing does not include meals

Breakfast, evening cafeteria service and a 24-hour Food & Drink station cover both early and late park schedules.

Breakfast hours
Breakfast 6:00–10:00 · last order 9:30
Breakfast prices
Adults and ages 7–11 ¥3,000; ages 4–6 ¥1,000; ages 0–3 free.
  • Baby food is available at breakfast.
  • The cafeteria operates 18:00–23:00, with last orders at 22:30.
  • Food & Drink is available 24 hours, and Lawson on 1F supplies additional basics.

Bath & pool

Private bathrooms with a separate washing area

Every guest room has a private bathroom with a washing area and a separate toilet; there is no public bath.

Room-bath access
Available in the room throughout the stay
  • The washing-area layout lets a parent wash a child outside the tub.
  • Baby baths and bath chairs are available from the equipment stations, subject to supply.
  • Because the bath is private, diaper status does not create the public-bath restriction found at many other properties.

Getting there

Plan the transfer before arrival

The hotel is shuttle-oriented rather than station-walkable, so save the timetable before each theme-park day.

  • The free Shin-Urayasu Station shuttle takes about 10 minutes under normal conditions.
  • Public bus access uses the Sogo Koen stop followed by about a 1-minute walk.
  • The hotel estimates roughly 30 minutes to Tokyo Disney Resort by shuttle; airport limousine buses also serve the area.
