Watch-outs

Things to know before booking

Check these conditions before you pay, especially when a child will share a bed or use hotel facilities.

01

The hotel is currently closed for renovation

The entire hotel is closed through September 10, 2026. Renovation is scheduled from May 11, 2026 to February 29, 2028, so check the current work notice for your dates before booking.

03

Confirm the final child count in the booking flow

The operator's published policy says free bed-sharing is limited to preschool children under 6, one child per bed. Room and plan conditions can differ, so enter every child and age before payment.

Child policy

What changes with age

Lodging, bedding and breakfast do not always use the same age boundary. Check the row that matches the child's age at travel.

AgeSleepBeddingMealsBooking action
Age 0–11 months

Sleep Bed-sharing falls under the preschool rule: free for one child per bed. A baby cot is available only for babies under 1.

Bedding Reserve the cot by the day before arrival. Child equipment is limited in quantity.

Meals Breakfast is free for children under 7 when accompanied by an adult or a school-age-or-older child.

Booking action

Enter the baby in the booking flow and request the cot before the day prior to arrival.

Age 1–5 years

Sleep Preschool children under 6 may share free, limited to one child per bed.

Bedding A child using a separate bed is charged at the adult lodging rate. Baby cots are not offered from age 1.

Meals Breakfast is free for children under 7 when accompanied by an adult or a school-age-or-older child.

Booking action

Enter each child's age; do not omit a bed-sharing child from the reservation details.

Age 6 years

Sleep The lodging rule changes at the elementary-school boundary: school-age children use a paid bed at the adult lodging rate.

Bedding Book the child as a bed-using guest if they are already in elementary school.

Meals The English breakfast page lists children under 7 as free, creating a boundary that may differ from the lodging category.

Booking action

Confirm the selected plan directly if the child is 6, especially around school entry.

Age 7–12 years

Sleep A separate paid bed is required and lodging is charged at the adult rate.

Bedding Include the child in room occupancy; the recommended rooms provide one separate bed for each guest.

Meals Breakfast is ¥1,980 per child for ages 7–12 from September 11, 2026.

Booking action

Book as a bed-using guest and confirm the plan's meal inclusion.

Getting there

Plan the transfer before arrival

The hotel is outside central Tokyo, so the transfer plan matters as much as the room. Use the official shuttle or local bus guidance rather than assuming the property is walkable from a rail station.

  • The free hotel shuttle runs between Tokyo Disneyland Bus Terminal East, stop 6, and the hotel; the hotel describes the ride as about 15 minutes.
  • From JR Shin-Urayasu Station, the public bus ride is about 10 minutes, followed by about a 3-minute walk from the Sogo Koen stop.
  • Airport limousine buses serve the hotel from Haneda and Narita, but services and timetables can change. Check the linked operator information for your travel date.
